Summer Brunch is coming and our theme is

Happiness is not a matter of intensity but of balance, order, rhythm and harmony : Thomas Merton

Most of us reach a time in our lives when we just feel out of whack. Specifically, we feel like we’ve lost that sense of work-life balance. The question then becomes: What are we going to do about it and so often we don’t even know where to begin.

When you create balance in your life you feel calm, motivated and grounded but how do you do it?

At Summer Brunch we are hosting a panel discussion about how to achieve balance across every aspect of our lives: health, family, social, financial, business and spiritual.

Come along and catch up with the Tribe, indulge in some retail therapy and enjoy live music as we begin to create harmony in our lives with a little time out and focus.

Our Autumn, Winter & Spring Brunch events were SOLD OUT so don’t miss your chance to be part of the Little Bird Brunch and join this special group of women.

We have some amazing ladies on our Panel who will all bring their own insights in to what balance means to them and how they strive to maintain it in their lives.

Daniella Elias, founder of Amity Created , is a passionate self-care advocate with a background in Sociology, Literature and is also a qualified secondary teacher. When she’s not designing teacups or sipping on Earl Grey, she’s teaching others about feeling comfortable and worthy in taking time out for themselves.

Daniella spoke at our first Brunch back in March and we are so excited to have her back!

Rachel Aldridge from In Natures Hands is a fully qualified Naturopath based in Sydney’s North West. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy and is a member of the National Herbalists Association Australia.

As a Naturopath Rach works with people to support and educate them in their journey to health and wellness.

Steph Parsons has over 10 years experience working in the fitness industry including training, modeling, nutrition, supplements and professional sports. Although she is now a full time Business Broker, Steph still works at the gym part time because it’s her passion to see people achieve their fitness goals.

You all know Steph as the co-founder of Little Bird Brunch but now you will see another side of her as her passion for health and fitness shines as part of our BALANCE panel.
